QuartzCom provides product-related compliance documentation including RoHS and REACH declarations. According to the company’s RoHS declaration, its products comply with EU Directive 2011/65/EU and the 2015/863 amendment covering additional restricted substances. In its REACH declaration, QuartzCom states that it acts as a downstream user, supplies non-chemical goods and will inform customers in line with Article 33 if relevant substances exceed the applicable threshold.

QuartzCom’s Conflict Minerals Policy states that the company works proactively with qualified suppliers to help ensure that products do not contain 3TG conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries. The policy also states that QuartzCom expects suppliers to source materials responsibly and provide the necessary declarations.
